Malaysia to Replace AUKU with Comprehensive Higher Education Act by 2035
Malaysia's Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir has announced plans to replace the 1971 Universities and University Colleges Act (AUKU) with a more comprehensive legislative framework under the Malaysia Higher Education Plan 2026-2035.
