China arrests two Japanese Fuji Electric employees in Dalian over rare earth export violations
China has formally arrested two Japanese nationals employed by Fuji Electric Co. in Dalian after detaining them in May on suspicion of breaching rare earth export laws. Tokyo says neither has health issues.
