Court of Appeal Slashes Guan Eng's Defamation Award Against Muhyiddin to RM450,000
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has substantially reduced damages awarded to DAP adviser Lim Guan Eng in his defamation case against Muhyiddin Yassin, cutting the general damages from RM1.05 million to RM450,000 over statements regarding tax exemption revocation.
