Five arrested over RM77,000 scratch-and-win fraud targeting senior citizens in Perak
Perak police have detained five individuals suspected of operating a scratch-and-win scam that conned two senior women out of RM77,000 in jewellery and cash across separate incidents in Ipoh and Taiping.
