Ho Chi Minh City police dismantle foreign-run online fraud networks
Ho Chi Minh City police have shut down criminal networks that brought foreign nationals into Vietnam to operate online fraud schemes, arresting 26 suspects and seizing hundreds of computers and mobile phones.
