Malaysia Deploys Cloud Seeding to Combat El Niño, Wage Policy Shows Gains
Malaysia has intensified cloud seeding operations to counter El Niño's threat to water supplies, while a progressive wage policy has lifted entry-level worker earnings by nearly 16 per cent, benefiting over 51,000 employees across 4,025 participating firms.
