Japanese Guitarist Arrested After Seven Years of Noise Complaints From Neighbours
A 61-year-old Kyoto musician has been arrested after playing guitars and radios at high volume for over seven years, causing elderly neighbours to develop insomnia, depression, and tinnitus. Police seized more than 40 guitars from his residence.
