Perlis Ruler Honours 246 Citizens on 83rd Birthday
Perlis Ruler Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail has presented state honours and medals to 246 recipients in celebration of his 83rd birthday, with the investiture ceremonies being held at Istana Arau.
