Sime Darby Property launches RM2.6 billion green sukuk for data centre expansion
Sime Darby Property has established a RM2.6 billion green sukuk programme, the first globally for data centres, to finance hyperscale facilities and logistics assets at Elmina Business Park with completion targeted by 2027.
