Over 2,100 Drug Users Voluntarily Seek Treatment Under Amended Act
Malaysia's Home Minister reports 2,145 individuals have voluntarily sought treatment following amendments to the Drug Dependants Act in August 2025, with over 1,400 receiving community-based care.
