High Court Reduces Edmund Chen's Jail Term to One Day in Singapore Traffic Case
A Singapore High Court has cut former actor Edmund Chen's jail sentence from five days to one day for a traffic accident that injured a motorcyclist. The judge found the original custodial term manifestly excessive.
