Indonesian prosecutors demand decade-long sentences for 19 in cross-border baby trafficking syndicate
Indonesian prosecutors have called for sentences of up to 10 years for 19 suspects accused of trafficking at least 34 babies between 2023 and 2025, with at least 12 infants sent to Singapore in one of Southeast Asia's largest recent human trafficking cases.
