BNM Launches 'Semak Kasih' Portal to Help Malaysians Claim Forgotten Insurance and Takaful Benefits
Bank Negara Malaysia has unveiled the Semak Kasih portal, a digital platform enabling beneficiaries to identify and claim unclaimed insurance policies and takaful certificates. An estimated 50,000 policies remain unclaimed nationwide.
