Malaysia's Smart Lane initiative on the North-South Expressway has achieved a 30 to 50 per cent reduction in traffic congestion since its 2023 rollout, Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi told Parliament, citing safety data supporting the scheme.
