Cabinet Puts DBKL Reform Before Law Changes, Rejects Council Model
Malaysia's Cabinet has instructed the Federal Territories Department to improve governance and accountability within Kuala Lumpur City Hall before pursuing legislative changes to the Federal Capital Act 1960, according to a feasibility study.
