MediAsas Plan Aims to Ease Healthcare Costs for Middle-Income Malaysians
Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad announced MediAsas, a new medical insurance and takaful plan designed to provide affordable healthcare protection for Malaysia's M40 middle-income group, launching as a pilot in Klang Valley before nationwide rollout in January 2027.
