Sabah Pan Borneo Highway Contractor Files Recovery Plan to Overcome 32-Day Delay
The contractor managing Sabah's Pan Borneo Highway Work Package 11 has submitted a recovery plan to tackle a 32-day construction delay, with the Works Ministry aiming to reduce the lag to 14 days by August 2026 ahead of the September 2026 deadline.
