High Court Orders Sin Chew Daily to Pay RM400,000 in Defamation Case
A High Court judge has ordered Sin Chew Media Corporation Bhd to pay RM400,000 in damages to businessman Yeoh Ee Seong over a newspaper report that falsely suggested he orchestrated an assault on a lawyer.
