Negeri Sembilan Early Voting Progresses Smoothly Among Armed Forces, Says Army Chief
Early voting for the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election is proceeding without incident among military personnel and their spouses, with 63 per cent participation by noon. Army chief General Tan Sri Azhan Md Othman expects final turnout to surpass 90 per cent.
