MyKhas Fund Is For Constituents, Not Personal MP Use, Says Fahmi
Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil has clarified that MyKhas is a special fund administered by the Prime Minister to serve constituency residents and voters, not an entitlement for individual MPs. The allocation is formalised in Malaysia Plan and Budget documents.
