Russian detained at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg of cannabis hidden in luggage
Thai authorities arrested a 30-year-old Russian man at Phuket International Airport after discovering 17.6 kilograms of cannabis hidden in his luggage. The suspect allegedly attempted to smuggle the drugs out of Thailand without customs clearance.
