Court of Appeal upholds insider trading verdict against ex-WCT deputy MD Goh Chin Liong
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has unanimously upheld a High Court judgment finding former WCT Bhd deputy managing director Goh Chin Liong and Ara Holdings director Leong Ah Chai liable for insider trading, with the Securities Commission awarded RM5.83 million in total damages.
