Former Bank Analyst Jailed Three Years for Unlicensed Securities Trading
A former bank analyst has been sentenced to three years imprisonment by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court for conducting unlicensed securities activities and falsely using the Unit Trust Consultant title to solicit clients.
