Malaysia's Yasmeen Muhamad Shariff Elected to UN Committee on Children's Rights
Datuk Yasmeen Muhamad Shariff has been elected to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child for 2027–2031, marking her second term. She secured 136 votes from 189 States Parties at the UN Headquarters in New York.
