Kota Kinabalu Urged to Soften Parking Crackdown with Education Drive and Grace Period
Kapayan assemblyman Chin Teck Ming has called on Kota Kinabalu City Hall to implement a six-month grace period and focus on public education before enforcing stricter parking rules, citing insufficient public awareness and inadequate parking facilities.
