Nepal Court Convicts Former Ministers in Refugee Document Forgery Scheme
Nepal's Kathmandu district court has jailed two former ministers—Top Bahadur Rayamajhi and Bal Krishna Khand—for orchestrating a scheme to forge refugee documents, enabling Nepali nationals to be resettled overseas as Bhutanese refugees.
